personaly i think 14 years of age is a bit young for this kind of chemical treatment- so i would reccomend you to wait - if not - then PLEASE use a proffessional hairdressing salon, since exactly this kind of do it yourself treatment will turn out wrong in 90% of all cases, and then you will end up with some really crazy coloured hair, and maybe even with hair that is dry and needs to be cut short - and grow out again
